Welcome to the 2026 Season of THE BUMP. presented by Sunday Best UK.
After a successful relaunch on Jan 15th, we return every Thursday to bridge the gap between the street and the screen.
🎤 WHAT TO EXPECT (THE UNEXPECTED)
THE BUMP. is an Open Door platform. We don't curate the lineup in advance, the city does. Pull up, sign up, rise up.
Some weeks are heavy on Rap and Grime. Other weeks turn into soulful acoustic sessions, spoken word poetry slams, or stand-up comedy nights.
Audience Come for the discovery. You might see a first-time performer one minute and a BBC 1Xtra-playlisted artist the next. No two Thursdays are the same.
While we can't predict who walks through the door, we guarantee professional sound, broadcast-quality lighting, and a supportive atmosphere.
🎸 WHO CAN PERFORM? (ORIGINALS & COVERS)
Performers often wonder if they can do covers because so much Original Music is performed here. To be clear: This stage is for everyone.
Original Artists: Test your new material on a crowd that actually listens.
Cover Artists: You do not need original songs to rock this stage. We love a reimaged classic. If you want to sing Adele, play an Ed Sheeran cover, or drop a freestyle over a famous beat, you are welcome here.
Variety Acts: We are not just about music. Comedians, Poets, and Storytellers. You have 10 minutes to capture the room.
🎥 THE BROADCAST (Digital)
We bring broadcast-quality tech to the local circuit. The event is streamed live on TikTok, giving you the chance to be discovered beyond the postcode.
