The San Luis Obispo County Jazz Federation will present “The Brian Ho B3 Organ Trio” on Saturday, March 21st at 7:30 pm. Brian Ho is a modern master of the Hammond B3 organ tradition. As a first call organist, he has been a long-time member of the Mimi Fox Trio and has played with Richie Cole, Billy Hart and Gary Bartz among many others. His outstanding trio includes the celebrated drummer Sylvia Cuenca who played in the bands of Joe Henderson and Clark Terry for decades and currently resides in NYC. Internationally recognized guitarist and educator Kai Lyons will round out the trio. The show starts at 7:30 (with doors opening at 7:00).
