This gathering brings breathwork and sound together as a collective experience, designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep rest. We’ll begin with a guided breathwork journey — an active, embodied practice that helps move stored tension and create space for clarity. From there, you’ll be supported by a live sound bath, allowing the body to settle and integrate 🎶

Held inside the cathedral, this experience offers a rare moment to pause and reset together. Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded ✨

Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that uses intentional rhythms to help the body release stored tension and emotional energy. Unlike gentle meditation-style breathing, this practice works directly with the nervous system, often creating a sense of relief, clarity, and emotional release.

The breathwork portion concludes with an optional group release, followed by a full sound bath featuring gongs, crystal singing bowls, and voice to support rest and integration 🔔

Guy Douglas — sound practitioner, musician, and co-founder of Sound Meditation Presents. Guy has guided thousands through immersive sound experiences across the country, using gongs, crystal singing bowls, flutes, and other acoustic instruments to support deep meditation and collective listening.

Vanessa Dawson — vocalist. Vanessa weaves breath and sound together with a grounded, supportive approach, helping create a safe and steady container for emotional release and nervous system regulation.
