Many people spend years holding onto emotions, stress and limiting beliefs without even realising it.
Breathwork works with the body and nervous system to gently unlock what may be stored beneath the surface.

What to Expect
This 90-minute experience includes:
• A gentle grounding and introduction
• Guided conscious connected breathwork
• Music-supported breathing journey
• Emotional release (if it arises)
• Deep relaxation, healing and integration
Sue creates a safe, supportive and welcoming space, allowing you to experience the power of breathwork at your own pace.
What to Bring
Please bring:
• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A blanket
• A pillow or cushion
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
Anything that will help you feel warm, relaxed and supported during the session.
