Modern life rarely gives us space to pause. These breathwork sessions offer a simple opportunity to step out of doing and reconnect with your body through conscious breathing.
During this one-hour guided session, we begin with gentle movement to arrive in the body and release tension. From there, we explore a range of breathing practices—such as calming belly breathing, lengthening the exhale, and heart-coherence breathing—to experience how different rhythms affect the nervous system.
The core of the session is a guided breath meditation flow that helps quiet the mind and deepen awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts. We close with a short period of stillness to allow the experience to settle.
The sessions are suitable for both beginners and those with previous breathwork experience.
Facilitated by Dennis Kerckhoffs (KIEM Praktijk), a certified Shiatsu therapist, acupuncturist, yoga instructor, and breathwork coach with over 10 years of experience supporting wellbeing and inner balance.

The Breath Lab is a gentle and accessible breathwork session. However, conscious breathing can sometimes bring up physical or emotional sensations.
