This practice of helping participants reach their goals by focusing on the whole person's approach to wellbeing. Supporting personal development is a process of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. This space is a weekly event offered for free to support survivors in identifying resources to thrive. We will host monthly educational workshops centered around sustainability.
