I recently showed this video to my wife Barbara Rose, who has never seen the video before. She was blown away. The video's main premise is that monoculture has dire consequences.We need to be reminded occasionally about our reasons for participation in and sharing information about regenerative farming. Michael Pollan is a fabulous video host and writer. Michael Pollan makes this video meaningful and interesting.
I plan to show the whole video on June 17th with the understanding that I will have a second half showing of Cannabis and the Potato at a later date - to make the video short enough so people can leave after an hour and come back again for another hour showing.
