The Body Circle: AN EVENING WORKSHOP DEDICATED TO THE BODY'S INTELLIGENCE

We’ll begin with a 45 minute guided meditation and gentle movement practice led by Molly Goldberg to reconnect with sensation, presence, and self-expression, followed by a 1.5 hour immersive art workshop where you’ll create a personal piece around a part of your body that you love or an emotion that your body evokes currently as a love letter to your body to take home led by Rainey King. The night will close with an optional portrait photography experience to honor and document your work and embodiment by Isabella Matute. an assortment of food will be provided to nourish the body curated by Léa Hunsinger.
