THE BLOOMING BODY: Creative Embodiment Mini Retreat
This is the space where becoming moves into being — where nature, creativity, and the body stop being separate things and start speaking the same language.
We’ll follow intuition, impulses, and the intelligence that lives below the neck. Weaving somatic movement and expressive art making together fluidly: no agenda, no performance, no experience needed.
Just you. Your body. And what wants to come through.
We open with tea and close with each other. A sound bath carries us home.
