For literally years, Tonga Tim endured many a joking comment to the effect of "when are you going to do a vodka class?", knowing his utter disdain for the spirit. Well, he has finally called your bluff. Behold the brand new curriculum: "The Blight that is Vodka: The Legacy of a Pointless Spirit."

While this seminar will give you some brief history and background about how a colorless, tasteless and odorless spirit came to be, it will really be a catharsis for your intrepid spirits professor. It will be a profanity-ridden rant against the dumbest high proof spirit to ever poison our planet. You will learn what a curse this spirit is to bartenders and an unwitting public alike. And we will tear down every gimmick and hornswoggle that the vodka industry has ever pulled.
Not to be a complete railroading session, Tim will also shine a light on the sliver of good spirits that have risen from the shameful pandemic of the vodka category. He will also demonstrate how you can take this plain ethanol and turn it into something useful. Believe it or not, the class will be bookmarked with two tropical cocktails based on spirits that began as pointless %$#@&*ing vodka.
