The Black Healing Space: Washington DC

Join us for The Black Healing Space on Thursday, January 29, 2026, for an evening of intention and community. This in-person gathering is a safe and nurturing space for the Black community to reconnect with the intentions you set at the start of the year—and to keep aligning your mind, body, and spirit with what you’re calling in.

Through breathwork and sound healing, we’ll guide you through a transformative healing experience to help release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body, while cultivating deeper gratitude, peace, and love. You’ll be held in community by facilitators trained in spiritual care and emotional well-being, so that you don’t have to carry it all alone.

If the year has already gotten heavy, loud, or fast, this is your invitation to pause, return to yourself, and strengthen your commitment to the life you envisioned—one breath at a time.

Info: This is the main event which includes breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start at 6:30 PM.
