The Black Girls of RVA 2025 Prom Dress Drive
About the Event:
The Black Girls of RVA Facebook Group [in conjunction with The Queen Factory and Valentina’s Voice], has been working tirelessly to present the “Daydreaming in Denim” prom dress event that will provide free prom dresses to high school students. We are offering a wide selection of beautiful dresses in various sizes and styles. Our mission is to ensure that students have the chance to experience the joy of prom without the worry of affordability.
Tickets will be availiable on February 13, 2025!
The two day shopping event will be held at the Queen Factory on February 25-26, 2025. On Tuesday, February 25, 2025 we will celebrate academic excellence, welcoming registered high school students (with proof of 3.25 GPA) during scheduled shopping times to the “boutique” for a private shopping experience. On Wednesday, February 26, 2025 we will host a liquidation day where any high school students, with proof of enrollment (ie., report card or student ID) will be welcome to shop at their leisure.
