Welcome to our Poetry Open Mic Event! Join us for an evening filled with creativity, expression, and inspiration. Whether you're a seasoned poet or just starting out, this event is the perfect opportunity to share your work with a supportive community. Grab your favourite drink, cosy up on your couch, and get ready to listen to, or deliver, some wonderful poetry.

Date: Saturday, 26th October 2024

Time: 7-9pm (UK time)

Theme: The Bigger Picture (however you wish to interpet that).

At ACW, we are privileged to provide you with this supportive platform to perform and share your creativity. This is your chance to connect with fellow Christians and poetry lovers. Sign up to perform or simply sit back and enjoy the show.

One poem usually fits into a 5 minute slot. Please choose a 10 minute slot if your poem takes longer to read than 5 minutes or if you would like to share more than one peice.

Please only use the theme as a guide if you find it helpful; don't feel you must stick to it if you have something else on your heart to share. You can write something new or bring out something you've been sitting on for a while.

To perform a poem, please choose a Contributor ticket with a time slot.

To listen and enjoy, please choose an 'audience only ticket'.

Your ticket is the price of your favourite open mic beverage: will yours be a frothy coffee, a smooth merlot or a yummy hot chocolate?
