Your hips are one of the biggest yogi body parts!
We're getting together for a yoga workshop based around hip mobility, compression and extension.
Starting with a dynamic Vinyasa flow, using strength and breath work. From there, it's playtime for balances, bridges and backbends, seeing where the hips can help (and sometimes hinder), and why it really doesn't matter how low you go in a forward fold!
We round off with an intense Yin Yoga session, putting healthy stress on the ligaments and joints and settling into that spicy edge.
Mats and props are provided; if you prefer to bring your own feel free.
All bodies and abilities are welcome!
