In 5 labs, you will become a trained serious game facilitator

It’s not only about having fun with games but also about playfully bringing the debriefing.

It’s also about building business simulation workshops for your customers

What will you learn in these labs:

2. Why serious games work
3. Serious game preparation and setup
4. Explore the different serious game elements
5. Hacking of existing games

We end the labs with a grand festival, where you have the honour of inviting two guests to celebrate your hard-earned certification.

You don’t have to follow all the labs; you can pick the ones that interest you.

Each lab participant will receive a copy of the Serious Gamers game created for the lab.

The people purchasing the five labs will get additional goodies.

Info: It's fun to play a game, because it's funny and new, but for what purpose do you play a game? How do you determine which game to play in which situation? Learn to use 'The wheel of Debriefing”

Info: What makes games work so well for learning? Learn what games do to our brains and our behavior. With this knowledge you can take people into a game to make an impact on change.

Info: You are convinced that a game can have an impact. But how do you entice people to play along? Learn how your preparation and set-up for the game ensures optimal impact.

Info: Did you know that a serious game consists of 7 elements? In this session, learn how to manipulate these elements to facilitate even better gaming.

Info: Over the years we have turned existing 'ordinary' games into serious games. This is because these games model behavior that is also reflected at work. In this session, you will learn how to adapt these games to your own team purpose and objectives!

Info: Together with as many students as possible who have visited us over the years, we host a serious games festival in Brussels. We'll keep what that looks like a secret for now, but it will certainly be a party!
