The Courage to StartOver the past few years in business, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with countless individuals who carry brilliant ideas — ideas that could create real impact in the world. Yet one thing I’ve consistently noticed is that many people don’t lack ideas. What they often lack is the courage to start.
The courage to move past the fear of uncertainty.
The courage to look beyond the challenges and focus on the possibilities.
The courage to silence external voices and listen to the quiet confidence within.
The courage to stop waiting for validation from the world and instead believe in the potential already inside them.
And so I began to ask myself a simple question:
What if we could bring together people who have found the courage to begin?
Not because they are fearless, but because they have learned how to use fear as fuel for their passion.
