with Kaye AndersonEveryone's grief is different and it changes us for the better. We will never be the same. In this gathering we will create a safe space to experience the grief of losing someone we love. We are not alone, there is healing when we come together to share our experiences of grief.
We will be using the practice of Ho'oponopono to write a letter to our loved one. Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice meaning "to make things right," a process of reconciliation and forgiveness. "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you."
We will also be using gentle somatic yoga, meditation and breathwork to move through our grief.
Please bring a journal and a picture of your loved one or something that reminds you of them.
