Join The Beaumont Buddy Walking Club for a relaxed and enjoyable walk every Thursday, and for those looking for more, we also offer extended walks every Saturday morning.
Thursday Walks
Every Thursday, we meet at The Seddon Centre to explore the stunning green spaces in and around Beaumont Estate. These walks are perfect for women of all ages and fitness levels, especially beginners, and include mindfulness exercises to help you reconnect with nature and clear your mind. Whether you’re looking to get more active or simply enjoy the outdoors, it’s a great way to start your day.
Saturday Walks (Extended Sessions)
For those looking to challenge themselves, our extended Saturday sessions offer a longer walking experience with a buddy. Join us at 8:30 AM in front of The Seddon Centre, where we’ll set off together, with a dedicated walking buddy service to ensure no one walks alone. These sessions aim to foster community, encourage physical activity, and provide additional support as we explore our local green spaces. The walk lasts about 90 minutes and connects with our flagship walk over at Leyton Jubilee Park. Free refreshments will be provided at the end of the walk.
What to bring: Comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, and a positive attitude!
