The Bay Trail Run is a trail running event on 23 May 2026 in picturesque Nelson with multiple distances to choose from and incredible views along the way.The event offers something for everyone, including the Harvey 11km taster, Drumduan 25km, the Pepin 35km and the epic Gearshop 50km ultra marathon.
Traversing a mix of the Cable Bay Walkway and private land, you’ll take on challenging hill climbs, wander over rugged coastal farmland, and experience breathtaking views over the surrounding bays.
Proceeds from the event will go back towards supporting nature and the environment at Cable Bay.
