Event inclusivity
We welcome players of all experience levels.There will be a variety of players with different levels of experience. All players are encouraged to check the rules and explain their thoughts openly. At all times, players should be friendly and respectful
Sign-up
Use the Best Coast Pairings website to sign-up to the event and add your list, this platform will also be used for matchups and results submission. You can download the BCP app on your phone for the most seamless experience.
Food & drink
A buffet lunch will be provided on the day. Also Refreshments such as coffee, tea and soft drinks will be available throughout the day. Of course please feel free to bring your own lunch and refreshments.

Overall player rankings will be decided by Win/Loss/Draw followed by Tournament Points.
Media
Players should anticipate a degree of event photography and video to be taken by event staff and players, and agree to these images being shared publicly as part of sign-up

Army choice
Any Warhammer: The Old World army including Renegade Legacy armies, can be used for this event. 3d printed models and conversions are welcome providing it is clear to your opponents what they represent.
