Charles (Tim Key), an eccentric and socially awkward lottery winner, lives alone on a remote island and dreams of getting his favourite band, folk duo McGwyer Mortimer (Tom Basden & Carey Mulligan) back together. His fantasy turns into reality when the bandmates and former lovers accept his invitation to play a private reunion gig at his home on the remote and isolated Wallis Island. Unbeknownst to them, it's for an audience of one!Old tensions resurface between the duo as Charles tries desperately to salvage his dream gig. A melancholy comedy about accepting failure, loss, and messing up in love and life. Written by comedians Tom Basden and Tim Key and adapted from their 2007 short film.
