Come and join us for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of The Backlot -Film School and Studio!Co-hosted by the Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce, our grand opening will kick off with a fabulous ribbon-cutting ceremony, featuring giant scissors, and local business leaders and politicians.
Afterwards, join us for a catered assortment of light bites and coffee. Plus, The Backlot studios will be open for you to explore and experiment. We'll have several opportunities at a variety of stations for participants to tinker with our filmmaking tools, including a green screen, teleprompter, cameras, and more. It'll be good fun for all and an excellent way to catch up with good friends, Catonsville locals, and to support the kickoff of our new business that aims to share our love of filmmaking with the city of Catonsville and those near and far!
An RSVP isn't mandatory, but would be a kind way to help us gauge interest and the amount of food to have prepared for when guests arrive.
