He co-wrote Don Henley's iconic "Dirty Laundry" and "All She Wants to Do Is Dance," produced records for Neil Young, Billy Joel, and Jon Bon Jovi, played on Carole King's Tapestry and every James Taylor album of the 1970s, and toured the world as a founding member of the legendary studio ensemble The Section.
