How to prepare and what to bring:
- Arrive on time.
- Avoid alcohol or drugs 24 hours before the session.
- Avoid heavy foods 3 hours before the session. It's best to fast. If you must eat, have a light juice.
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- Bring a sweater or blanket, if you tend to get cold.
- Bring a yoga mat.
- Bring a pillow
- Arrive on time. If you arrive 15 min late, you will not be allowed in.
