Come join us for a rejuvenating morning session of meditation & yoga aas we greet the day with a peaceful practice. Start your Saturday off right by connecting with your body and mind in the serene setting of Osswald Park. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of gentle poses and breathing exercises designed to energize and center you for the day ahead.
