About Me and my Philosophy:
I have supported 1000’s of people in business internationally, both online and consulting side by side with them, as they grow their businesses and live their best holistic, conscious life. I have worked with people in all levels of business – from the top of international corporations to the directors of small businesses-with the focus of supporting people fully show up in life and business – as who they truly are, with their natural talents and gifts at the forefront of all they do. My work is informed from the highly intuitive- inner knowing realm and focuses on grounded outcomes for today’s changing world.
I have always walked with a foot in each world. My life’s work has been informed and supported by solid meditation and contemplation practice, a working knowledge of the science of Ayurveda and a lifelong background in Celtic Spirituality with a traditional Celtic practice of over 25 years.
Every day I wake with the intention of leaving this precious earth- better than I found it. My core values are to contribute my gifts to a more equitable and caring world. I have learned many energetic and alignment techniques that have supported me to do so, that I now share in my work. I deeply believe that it is now time for humans to Awaken and claim our sentient nature, intelligence, sensitivity, inner knowing and power. It is now time live fully Awake.
