The Awakened Soul is a powerful meditation experience for those ready to peel back overwhelm, quiet the noise, and reconnect with their deepest truth.
This evening is an invitation to gently explore the questions we often avoid in the busyness of life such as who am I? What do I truly want? What is my purpose?
Through the intentional use of mantra and sound as powerful vibrational energies to guide us inward, you’ll be supported through a guided intuitive meditation that will help you to soften your thoughts, releasing stored stress, and awaken clarity from within.
This is more than meditation. It’s a movement.
A movement away from burnout, constant striving, and the pressure to “keep it all together.”
A movement that challenges what society has normalized, chronic stress, disconnection, and overwhelm, and replaces it with grounded awareness and intentional living.
Together, we’ll create a space of connection and support where you can rediscover the calm, grounded version of yourself that’s always been there.

• Dress comfy
• Mats/ cushions and some blankets are available. However if you want to bring your own mat, cushions or blankets you are welcome to.
• A pen and journal (optional)
• Water to support energy flow
