About the Event
The Audacity of Growth is more than a conference — it’s a movement.
This two-day experience creates intentional space for Black men and those who love us to gather, heal, and rise together.
From mental and emotional wellness to economic empowerment and spiritual growth, the weekend is designed to connect brothers with resources, organizations, and each other.
Women are ENCOURAGED to attend there will be specific programming for women and we will unite in the auditorium to futher our conversation and healing.

Join us as fathers, sons, brothers, and allies take to the streets to stand for presence, accountability, and love.

Healing circle for men. Theme: Brotherhood, Vulnerability, Growth.
Room B – Supporting Men’s Mental Health (Women’s Session)
Workshop equipping women to better understand and support men’s healing journeys.
Room C – Resource Connections
Ongoing org tables; light engagement with participants.

Organizational Spotlights (10 orgs, ~6 min each)
Format for each org:
2 min spotlight → mission + one story.
3 min dialogue → Moderator engages with them + pulls in 1–2 orgs for cross-talk.
1 min audience reflection → one brother/attendee reacts or asks question.

“What Do You Need?” Round + Guided Connections
Info: Audience Need Share (15 min)
Open floor: brothers (and sisters) stand and share “I need ___.” (mentorship, resources, healing spaces, financial tools, etc.).
Directed Speed Connections (30 min)
Attendees funneled directly to the org/resource table that aligns with their need.
Format: 3–5 people per rotation group.
Every 7 minutes, rotate so each attendee connects with multiple orgs.
Volunteers help guide traffic so everyone finds the right resource.
