Building on the success of the inaugural event, the second annual "The Athlete. Mental Health Summit" returns to Toledo this February. This year, we continue our mission to transform the culture of sports by prioritizing the mental health of high school athletes alongside their physical health.The evening session will bring together mental health experts, athletes, coaches, community leaders, and sports organizations committed to student-athlete wellness and supporting the whole athlete. Highlights include “mini huddle” panels with professionals and the region’s largest athletic speed mentoring session, where parents and high school athletes can connect one-on-one with college athletes, support staff, former professionals, and experts in sports medicine and nutrition.
