About this Event
Art Ritual is an open invitation to express, experiment, and reflect through art-making.
Unlike typical art-making spaces, we don’t instruct you on how to make art- we encourage you to find what feels right, without the pressure of it looking a certain way.
The session begins with some gentle, reflective prompts to support self-enquiry. You may be invited to explore your strengths, or the things that make you uniquely you. Sometimes you might be asked to focus on the parts of your life that needs a little more energy or support. Each prompt is designed to uplift and help you begin the day feeling grounded and empowered.
You'll create in a relaxed group setting with chilled music, shared materials, lovely drinks&treats from Native, and a space to chat and connect.
Art club is a proudly inclusive space and welcomes all members of the community, regardless of artistic experience or skill.

"Our work was treated with respect and care, no judgment or criticism. I felt I could create whatever I felt and that was ok. It was really nice to socialise with other people, meet new people and hear other perspectives and ideas and interpretations of the theme. It also helped me with my confidence with socialising and speaking in front of other people. It was a wholesome way to spend a morning. Belfast needs more of this."
