Welcome to THE ART OF workshop! Join us on Sat Jan 25 2025 at 11:00 AM at The Bricks for an immersive group experience. In this two-part workshop we focus on leveling up fundmental life skills and discovering new realms of movement and exercise.
In this installment, we step into a space of transparency as we dive into our relationship to communication with mindset coach Courtney during the first half of the day. Learning new ways to navigate difficult conversations and enhance your ability to effectively express yourself.
The second workshop will take the challenge from mind to body with movement coach Julianna. Exploring range of motion, mobility and strength in ways that simulate play and inspire a new understanding of mind-body connection. Following the workshops will be an opportunity to connect with the community during Family Dinner hosted by Easy Eats Tampa. You don't want to miss it!
