Join us at the Arts Center to learn how various local winemakers create their signature products and learn how to taste the differences. Different winemakers every class.This week, our host is Mary-Kate Badalamenti from Boundary Breaks Winery, presenting the topic “Cab-Franc: The Ruby of New York”.
Mary-Kate will provide four of Boundary Break’s Cabernet Franc wines for a side-by-side comparison and discuss the processes that make each wine unique, even when using the same grape.
Must be 21 years old to attend. Enrollment is limited.
