Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony with Pu-erh Tea: Experience the ritual of serving and drinking tea in a peaceful, mindful space.
Creating Peaceful Spaces: Learn how to create and hold a peaceful environment for yourself and for others.
Tea Ceremony Fundamentals: Understand the key elements of this ancient tradition and art, from the tools to the significance of each step.
🍃 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM:
Lunch Break: We will provide a nourishing vegetarian meal and fresh fruit for our guests to enjoy during the break.
🕑 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM:
