6pm . Sushi Masterclass
Guests will take part in an immersive and interactive masterclass at the sushi kitchen, learning how to prepare six signature sushi pieces:
Three Nigiri
One Hosomaki
One Uramaki
One Temaki
Throughout the masterclass, guests will be served soft drinks and Shichiken Namanama Saké, at discretion.
7pm . Omakase Wine Dinner
Guests will be invited to move to their dining table to enjoy a specially curated Omakase Menu accompanied by the fabulous Sliding Hill 2024 Sauvignon Blanc and Sliding Hill 2021 Pinot Noir.
