During this two-hour course you will learn some new tips on reducing sourdough discard and what to do with it if you end up with too much!Mandy will teach you some of her favorite sourdough discard recipes.
You will leave the class knowing how to maintain your sourdough starter and be able to make some fun, new sourdough recipes!
NO sourdough experience needed to attend. Those without a starter at home will leave the class with some of Mandy's beloved sourdough starter, Ro.
Meet at Oceana Coffee - Lake Park for your favorite beverage before heading upstairs to Culinary Studio for your class.
Class is non-refundable unless the minimum number of participants is not met.
