In this course, you'll explore the full spectrum of soups, with each class focusing on a different category:

  • October 9 – Clear Soups: Learn the secrets to crafting the perfect Minestrone, Chicken Noodle, Beef Barley, and the classic French Onion Soup au Gratin.
  • October 16 – Cream Soups: Discover the luxurious textures of Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Broccoli with Cheese, Butternut Squash Bisque, and Cream of Chicken Florentine.
  • October 23 – American Regional Soups: Savor the flavors of America with New Orleans-style Gumbo, Maryland Corn and Crab Chowder, South-West Chicken and Black Bean, and San Francisco's famous Cioppino.
