Join us for a fun, informational, and indulgent evening at Switch Bourbon & Tequila Bar on Thursday, October 9th for our newest Switch Social series, Supper Club.
Come solo, with a date, or in a group! Tasting events are a great way to experience new flavors and meet other local enthusiasts. All guests are invited to arrive as early as 5:30PM to mingle with old and new friends before finding a seat. Supper will begin promptly at 6PM.
COURSES:
Soft Tofu Salad
silky tofu topped with micro herbs, served with house-made tsuyu dressing
Crispy Shiitake Tempura
golden fried shiitake mushrooms served with a savory soy glaze
Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap
marinated beef with steamed rice & seasonal vegetables, finished with gochujang sauce
Steamed Pumpkin
served with honey & pistachios
