The Art of Silhouettes - Say It In Shadow
Get ready to dive into the fascinating world of silhouettes! This in-person event lets you explore how shadows can tell stories and express emotions in the coolest, simplest ways. Whether you're an art newbie or a seasoned creator, you'll love learning how to say a lot with just a shape. Come join us for a fun, hands-on experience that celebrates the magic of light and shadow! Come along and network and have some fun at the same time. We will meet at the front gate parking lot next to the ranger's station. Entry fee is $6 per vehicle with 2 - 8 people, or $4 single-occupant vehicle, or $2 pedestrians). We will drive back through the park together ending near the Fort, itself, and learning how to create some amazing silhouettes. If you don't know, I am an ambassador for the National Association of Portrait and Child Professionals (NAPCP), and am excited to be hosting this event. It is the first of two I will have in 2026. This is for all levels of photographers. The requirement is a basic knowledge of your camera and a lens with wide angle ability for full effect. Hope you will join us for this fun event! There might be an opportunity for some landscape and wildlife photography at Fort Clinch while there. My goal is10 attendees, but if we get a few more, then the more the merrier.
