- FOR WHOM IS THE TRAINING? –
This comprehensive training is for yoga teachers who wish to professionalize their yoga classes and learn about different structures and principles of sequencing a yoga class. The training is for those who want to learn how to create very effective yoga classes that sustain the return of your students and give them a deeper understanding of yoga.

You will learn the points that always need to be taken into account when creating yoga classes, why and how we are sequencing classes and how to create classes using different templates. We will discuss and practice different styles of sequencing and what fits you as a teacher best.

This training is one of the modules of Tula's 300hrs Yoga Alliance advanced yoga teacher training.
If you are a 200hrs registered yoga teacher and want to become a 500hrs registered teacher, then this training is for you. When you completed sufficient modules, you can apply for the additional RYT-300 Yoga Alliance registration.
