For thousands of years, cultures around the world have worked with sacred plants through smoke to cleanse energy, restore harmony, and open sacred space.
Plants such as sage, copal, palo santo, and sweetgrass each carry their own spirit and purpose.
Some help clear heavy or stagnant energy, while others help invite blessings, protection, and harmony into a space.
Learning how and when to work with each one allows us to move through our homes and ceremonies with greater awareness and respect for the plant allies we are working with.
Sacred smoke is not simply about burning a plant. It is about intention, prayer, and relationship with the spirit of the plant.
In this workshop we will explore:
