Welcome to Autum Unwind: Restorative Yoga!
Come join me for a relaxing evening of gentle yoga poses and deep breathing exercises to help you unwind and de-stress. This in-person event will take place at Heal One World, the perfect setting to find peace and tranquility.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is suitable for all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats, blocks and straps will be provided. But feel free to bring a bolster or any other props that you may need for your practice.
