The Art of Loving (Level 1): An Introduction to SkyDancing Tantra is open to everyone, regardless of gender, relationship status, and sexual orientations. We welcome any one who is ready to take a step towards more aliveness, love, and consciousness in their intimate relating and daily lives. You don’t have to be in a relationship to learn about Tantra!
In this course, we explore:

~devotion through Tantric Rituals

~harnessing sexual energy for vitality and spiritual growth

From The Art of Loving (Level 1) seminar, you’ll take home ways to access your source of ecstatic energy and share it in a conscious way with anyone in your intimate relationships and everyday life. By learning and putting into practice the timeless wisdom of this work, you will gain the benefits from these practices over and over.
Sara and Thomas are a warm and playful teaching team who have taught hundreds of people in SkyDancing Tantra workshops, internationally. During their 31 years of marriage they have learned the art of deep intimacy combined with fun and lightness. They create a safe and loving environment to discover how we are meant to be in relationship.

Start: Friday, April 10, 2026, 4-6 pm registration, 6 pm dinner
End: Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 12 pm followed by lunch
Cost: $625- $825 per person includes:

All cabins are double occupancy.
Four Springs offers a range of camp-style amenities to suit different preferences, including a variety of rustic cabins, a charming lodge for socializing, a beautiful, private location surrounded by nature, a swimming pool (available May to October), and more. We recommend registering early to secure your preferred lodging option.

Knowledge or experience of SkyDancing Tantra is not necessary.
