About me: I am a somatic therapist (BCST), based in Copenhagen. The last years I have been training with Betty Martin and the School of consent. I am passionate about the work around body autonomy, boundaries, somatics and body awareness. I see this work as a practice for inviting safety, deepening into ourselves and relationships and as a form of activism.
