Learn the art of hula hoop in a beautiful secret garden. When you get to the studio come right on back to the garden, 3 little birds will show you the way. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes and bring hydration. This 1 hour class will burn more than 420 calories so plan on getting a good workout!
Your first class is FREE, then you can purchase a class card of 8 classes for just $80, or continue to drop in for $20/class.
Training hoops are provided. If you are interested in purchasing your own, I have hoops available. I can make your custom hoop request too!
The garden is open at 5:15 and the class limit is 10 so I encourage you to show up early to ensure your spot. This is also a great time to socialize and enjoy the peaceful setting.
