Your experience begins with freshly baked focaccia and crisp arancini served on arrival, setting the tone for a warm and authentic Italian welcome.
Chef Maria guides you step by step through the process of crafting gluten-free gnocchi, from mixing and shaping to achieving the perfect light and fluffy texture. During the class, you’ll enjoy your handmade gnocchi served in a rich brown butter, cream, and sage sauce.
The experience concludes with coffee and biscotti, bringing the meal together in true Italian style.
This is a hands-on, interactive class designed for all skill levels.
