About this Event

The Waterfront community is pleased to debut a new event for Spring 2026 called The Art of Home. A thoughtfully curated experience where inspired interiors, local art, and culinary creativity come together in one unforgettable afternoon.

Set within the third collection of homes at The Waterfront, guests are invited to tour beautifully designed condominium residences, townhomes, and marshfront homes while engaging with a hand-selected mix of local artists and makers.

As guests move from home to home, they’ll enjoy chef-driven bites at each stop, creating a relaxed, gallery-style atmosphere.

Admission is just $10 — and your ticket includes:

  • Entry to the full home tour - including condominium residences, townhomes and marshfront homes
  • Chef-specialty bites & drinks at each stop
  • Access to a curated group of local artists & vendors
  • An open air market with additional vendors & food trucks for purchase

Children 12 and under are free!

All ticket proceeds and a portion of vendor sales will directly benefit the Daniel Island Historical Society, whose mission is to preserve and promote the rich and unique history of both Daniel Island and the greater Cainhoy peninsula.

For vendor inquiries, please email [email protected].

About The Waterfront Community

A 22-acre playground where River Landing Drive meets the Wando River, The Waterfront has transformed the water's edge on Daniel Island into a destination within a destination. In one direction, residents are a short stroll from the local boutiques, galleries, and medical services. Stroll the opposite direction to cast a line, grab a paddle or set sail from the community dock whenever the urge strikes. The third collection of homes is nearing completion, with move-ins available this Spring.
