The Art of Healing Chant blends cross-cultural Sanskrit chant, gentle yoga, mudra, meditation, and reflective practice to support self-healing, spiritual growth, and embodied presence.
First and foremost this is for personal self-care, healing and spiritual connection.
What you will experience:-
* Sacred Healing Mantras: Learn classical Sanskrit chants alongside Hindu, Buddhist, Tibetan, and Indonesian traditions, each with its unique vibrational healing properties.
* Meaning & Philosophy: Explore the lineage, history, and wisdom behind each chant, including the deities, stories, and philosophy that inform the practice.
* Embodied Practice: Gentle holistic yoga, pranayama, and meditation help you fully integrate the vibration and intention of each mantra.
* Mudra & Meditation: Discover sacred hand and body gestures (mudras) from the 2,000-year-old Bon Po tradition to channel energy, enhance presence, and deepen spiritual and physical well-being.
