Each session focuses on a different energy center in the body - starting with grounding through clay and culminating in full-body alignment through vision boards. Through hands-on projects like candle making, watercolor painting, mandala creation, mixed media collage, and jewelry design with crystals, participants will engage in intentional creative rituals that open space for reflection, release, and renewal.
