Week one of the seminar series Greek tragedy between stage and screen, will be a talk by Erin Lee, Head of Archive at the National Theatre, and Jess Richardson, Head of Production and Content at the National Theatre, accompanied by digital content and followed by discussion.
Greek tragedy between stage and screen: a free programme of seminar-screenings, curated by APGRD Director Pantelis Michelakis and co-curated by experienced and emergent scholars, aims to encourage reflection on all forms of interaction between antiquity and modernity as well as between screen and performance.
All screenings will be held in the Jacqueline du Pré Music Building (JdP), St Hilda's College. The JdP has step free access. Please see the Online Access Guide for further details about the venue. Attendance is free and everyone is welcome, but booking is required. If you are able to, St Hilda's would welcome a voluntary contribution (suggested donation: £5).
