The Art of Difficult Conversations

Learning to navigate hard conversations is one of the most valuable skills you can develop, whether you're giving feedback to a colleague, addressing conflict as a firend, or leading a team through a tough incident. This workshop equips you with the mindset, language, and tools to approach difficult conversations with confidence and care. You'll leanr how to egange directly and constructively in a way that strengthens relationships and trust rather than damaging them. You'll also learn when and how to refer conversations to proper resources if they venture beyond your scope.

This workshop is being offered by the WPBFD Peer Team and is open to all first responders looking to hone this skill, whether you're a peer team member, seasoned officer, brand new officer, or are interested in following these paths.
